The cost of flooring installation can vary greatly depending on the type of flooring, the size of the space, and the location. It typically ranges from $3 to $15 per square foot for materials and labor. Every project is priced on an individual basis. We guarantee to send you a quote no later than 72 hours starting from the day of the in-home consultation.

Our mission is to make your experience with Deluxe Flooring transparent. There are a few most common reasons why you should expect to pay extra such as uneven subfloor that needs to be grinded and/or self-leveled, rising subfloor, and moisture issues.

Most projects take 3-5 days to complete.

We offer 1 year warranty on installations. Keep in mind that product warranty is different from the warranty on labor. More details will be specified in a contract before the first day of installation.
We offer installations in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo counties, and Bay Area. Bay Area projects are subject to additional trip charges.

1) Initial phone consultation – Get in touch with us to share your vision for your dream floors. We will go over the general scope of your project and details that are important to you. We will talk about timeline and budget. If we are a good fit, we will schedule an in person visit to get a better sense of the details.

2) At-home consultation – During this step we’ll talk more in-depth on what your vision is. This helps us to have a better understanding of your project.

3) Signing the contract – Once the project is finalized we will prepare and sign an electronic contract.

4) Protecting your come – Before we start any work we ensure that all dust, dirt, and debris are kept to a minimum levels.

5) Installation phase – Our flooring experts will do the installation.

6) Post-Job walkthrough – This is the moment you’ve been eating for! We invite you for a final walkthrough to present your completed project.

7) Love your new floors – Invite your new friends, show off and enjoy it !

During a flooring installation, the existing flooring will be removed, the subfloor will be prepared, and the new flooring will be installed and finished. Deluxe flooring will also handle the cleanup and removal of the old flooring.
